House. 1820s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Roughcast basement, 1st floor
sill band, top cornice and blocking course. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed, with glazing bars to 1st and
2nd floors. Elliptical-headed entrance has Doric doorcase
with fluted columns and 2-panel door. Iron railings to area
and steps have decorative heads.
