House. Dated 1816 on rainwater head. Brick with stone
dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys with basement, 3 bays. 1st
floor sill band; top cornice and blocking course. Later 2-
storey canted bay windows and one window with wedge lintel
over entrance, windows are sashed, no glazing bars, that
over door has casement. Central round-headed entrance has
glazed doorcase and 2-panel door. Plain iron railings to
area and steps; 2 iron lamp standards, no lamps.
