House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 4 bays. Basement sill band, 1st floor
sill band, top cornice and blocking course. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed, no glazing bars; 1st bay is
canted, entrance has flat architrave with cornice, 4-panel
door; window above is blind. Included for group value only.
