brick; hipped slate roof with wide eaves on shaped brackets; symmetrically
designed front: stone band 1st floor cill level, 5 windows, flat brick
arches; glazing bars; doorway with pilasters, console brackets and cornice.
Lower 2 storey wing fronting Parker Street. (RCHM 259).
All the listed buildings in Park Terrace form a group.
