C18 front to earlier main structure, C16 or early C17. Road front of colour
washed brick, hipped old tiled roof behind parapet. 2 storeys, modern shop on
right, C19 shop on left with 4 segmentally arched lights. 1st floor has 3 windows;
2 altered, 1 sash window on left with glazing bars. Side and back elevations
have exposed timber framework, brick nogging. Back elevation gables.

Nos 16 and 18 form a group with Nos 23 to 29 (odd) Queensway.
