Semi-detached pair of villas. Early C19. Stucco with hipped slate roofs.
A pair of 2-storeys, double-pile plan, adjoining classical villas set
back from road, facing S. Each is a 3-windows wide symmetrical
composition with plinth, clasping corner pilasters, narrow eaves band
below wide plastered eaves soffit with paired brackets moulded surrounds
to recessed sash windows with 8/8 panes of Crown glass (taller windows
on ground floor), and central entrance. 6-panel door with semi-circular
fanlight in round headed doorway, under projecting Tuscan porch with
tapering columns, full entablature, and blocking course. End-wall
chimneys.
