Bandstand. 1929-1933. By A Sandys Winsch. Stone and concrete with plain-tile pyramidal roof. Open square bandstand has a single pier at each corner supporting an entablature and the roof Stands at the centre of significant group of structures in the formal layout at Waterloo Park.

Waterloo Park is included in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade II.
