Perry Wood Place (formerly listed as Walk Farm, Perry Wood)

House. Late C16, extended late C20. Timber framed and clad with red and
blue brick. Plain tiled roof. Originally 3 or more framed bays, now
only 2. Two storeys with hipped roof and stacks to centre and projecting
at end right. Irregular fenestration of 2 metal casements on each floor
to right and 1 wooden casement on each floor to left. Boarded door in
hipped porch to centre left. Weatherboarded extension at right. Large
recessed 2 storey wing being built at time of inspection to left. Cladding
and porch being altered at time of inspection. Interior: substantial frame
with jowled posts. Mullioned window at rear.
