Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys faced with weatherboarding on a stuccoed
base. Hipped tiled roof. 3 windows facing North East and 2 windows facing
South East. Glazing bars missing. Venetian shutters to windows on the
North East front. Round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and
flat cornice over supported on brackets. 2 steps to street. A projecting
chimney breast on each side elevation.

Cheriton Lodge, Nos 3 to 5 (consec), Southlands Hospital (Nos 1 to 4),
The Limes (Nos 1 & 2) form a group.
