7/11 Yew Tree Cottage

II

House. C16 clad early C19. Timber framed on flint plinth and
clad with chequered brick and tile hung to left return front.
Two storeys and hipped roof with gablets, stacks to left and right.
Two wood casements to each floor. C20 panelled door in hipped
porch on left return front. Interior: evidence of jettying;
cambered tie-beams; remains mullioned and shuttered window openings;
flint cellar with vaulted well cover and partially in-filled
well shaft.
