Little House about 10 metres east of Japonica Cottage, The Forstal.

House, sometime with shop attached. Early C19. Red brick and plain
tiled roof. Two storeys with stacks to left and to right. Two wooden
casements on first floor and 1 on to left on ground floor with canted
bay to right. Central boarded door with gabled hood. Mid C20 shop
front to rear with canted glazed front. Included for group value.
