Headstone. Probably late C18. Sandstone. Tall upright slab standing approximately 2 metres high with shaped head. It contains a large oval plaque enclosed by a garland of nut-and-husk tied at the top. Carved crown and trumpet in top left corner, and book and trumpet in top right corner. At the bottom a plaque with ribbons. The inscription has all but worn off and is illegible in all but perfect lighting conditions. The grave itself is paved with two coffin-shaped stones.
