House, incorporating former hall-house to rear. C15 and early C19. Red brick
with brick modillion cornice to plain tiled roof with end projecting stack to
right. 2 storeys; 3 window front, glazing bar sashes, those in the outer bays
on both floors tripartite, all windows with gauged flat arched heads. Central
panelled door with top panels glazed. Pilasters with bracketed capitals
support shallow flat hood. Large projecting breast to left of west side. WEST SIDE: Random rubble below, red brick above with Maltese cross in brick at top
of breast. Red brick ground floor to right, with exposed framing and curved braces above. INTERIOR: Original window on landing with mullion, now blocked. Arched bracing to hall wall posts and brace, roof above rebuilt.
