House, later a post office (at time of survey) now shop. C18 altered in C19 and C20. Red brick, painted to front with tall parapet to plain tiled roof, with side stack to right. Three storeys; one bay with C19 tripartite glazing bar sash on second floor, C20 tripartite casement on first floor and C20 double shop front with central half-glazed door on ground floor. Included for group value.
