Farmhouse, now house. C16, extended to north in C19 and C20. Timber-framed
with gable end towards road. South front: Painted brick with some exposed
framing on ground floor. Exposed framing above with plaster infill and jettied
gable with projecting chimney breast to right. 2 storeys and garret; central
window on both floors with shallower windows flanking, taking up whole width of
gable end on both floors. Small window in garret. Wooden mullioned casements
with diamond lattices. West front: Painted brick on ground floor, weather-
boarded on 1st floor. some timber-framing on ground floor to right. 2 storeys;
irregular 2-window 1st floor, 3-window ground floor, with one in projection to
right, all casements. Entrance to rear in early C20 catslide extensions with
semi-dormer over entrance.
