Originally Knock Farm. A C16 timber-framed house with plaster infilling.
2 storeys. Steeply pitched tiled roof with 2 large brick stacks. The
1st floor overhangs on the protruding ends of the floor joists. Curved
brackets, diagonal braces on the 1st floor and a bressumer, originally
horizontal but now sloping up in te middle of the front and then down
again. 5 casement windows with original diamond panes. 2 blocked original
window openings. Doorcase with obtusely pointed head.
