5/67 Rose Cottage

GV II

House, mid C18th, altered. Sandstone rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys.
Main part of facade of 2 bays having windows with plain stone surrounds,
those to the left-hand bay formerly of 3 lights, those to the right
formerly of 2 lights: the fIat-faced mullions have been removed. The door,
between bays, has a stone surround with moulded imposts. At the left are 2
bays which have sashed windows with glazing bars and plain reveals, except
for the left-hand ground-floor one which has a plain stone surround.
Chimneys on gables and to left of main part of facade.
