House, converted from C18th warehouse. Pebbledashed rubble with slate roof.
3 storeys, 3 bays. Windows modern with glazing bars and plain reveals. The
central bay has a 2-storey timber porch incorporating a 1st floor bay window.
End chimneys. Listed for the historic interest attaching to Sunderland Point;
as one of the ports of Lancaster.
