1836-41. Shown as completed on Decimus Burton's plan of 1841, and therefore built at least under his supervision, and probably to his design. Rendered. Three storeys. Moulded eaves cornice. Nineteen ranges of sashes (first floor windows of the Victoria and of No 58 have moulded stucco surrounds). Contemporary shopfronts to Nos 52 and 54, with pilasters taking entablature. No 50 has slightly later shopfront with gadrooned consoles to entablature.
