House. c.1783-4. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 5 bays. Top pediment with blind
roundel. All windows have wedge lintels and are sashed
without glazing bars. Central round-arched entrance with 4-
panelled door. Doric doorcase, entablature has frieze with
swags. 1st floor window above has architrave with reeded
frieze and cornice. 2nd floor central blind window.
Believed to be the first building in Rodney Street to be
completed.
