House. Early C19 (possibly earlier origin). Coursed squared ironstone with Welsh
slate roof and brick ridge stack. Two storeys. Ground floor has a small window, door
beneath stone lintel, a window beneath timber lintel in blocked doorway, another small
window, 8/8 sash window and another door, beneath timber lintel. Three 8/8 sash
windows to first floor. Brick addition to north. Pump. Included for group value.
