1825. Rendered facade with band at 1st floor sill, cornice and coped blocking
course. Hipped slate-roof. 3 bay facade, centre bay advanced. 3 windows, all
round arched with glazing bars. Stuccoed portico ground floor centre with 2
pillars, side pilasters and heavy cornice, frieze and architrave overall. Steps.
