House. 1799, with some C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond,
with stucco dressings and slate roof, single brick wall stack. 3 storey
plus cellar 3 bay front having plinth, cill bands and modillioned cornice
to parapet. Central doorway, now restored with matching materials, has traceried fanlight
and pedimented doorcase. Flanked by single full height canted bay windows,
the upper ones with divided sashes to each side. First floor has a central
sash window with moulded architrave and plain cornice. To the second floor
is a smaller plain sash with moulded architrave. All the bay windows have
rusticated splayed stucco lintels with keyblocks. At the rear is a lead
rainwater hopper with the initials PC and the date 1799.
