1875. Venetian Gothic style. Painted brick with stone dressings and steeply pitched
slate roof with stone coped gable ends. Stone chimney. 3 storeys. 2 windows
under 2 gables. Top floor has 2-light window with cusped heads and roundel with
low relief carving in tympanum under dripstone mould. 1st floor has paired Gothic
arched windows with dripstone moulds. Ground floor centre has later 3-light bow
window with parapet and cornice above carried across width of building. Gothic
arched side doors with dripstone moulds - (1 now blank). Steps approach. Ref.
