Earlier C19. Rendered facade painted white. Narrow eaves cornice and hipped slate
roof. 3 storeys. 3 windows with moulded stone cornices on small brackets. 6-panelled
door in frame with similar cornice on moulded brackets. Doorcase with moulded architrav
and rectangular fanlight with tracery. Western single storey outshut with hipped
slate roof and round arched door with fanlight.
