Early and later C19. Rendered facade with eaves cornice and hipped slate roof of
2 and 3 storeys. Irregular facade. 6 windows, sashes generally late C19 glazing
or unbarred, 1 canted 3-storey bay. Portico with columns and dentil cornice.
2-storey wing alongside road has 6 windows, 1 canted bay, all sashes with glazing
bars. Segmental carriageway arch with stuccoed long and short voussoirs and lion
mask on keystone. Red brick facade along canal has 10 windows, small modern windows
and 2 barred sashes.
