1865. by Layland. Stone front, the rest brick. Slate roof. One storey, nine bays, central three bays project under pediment. Channelled rustication, top entablature. Windows have architraves, central three windows are round-headed, the central one larger with open pediment. Windows are sashed, no glazing bars; central window has fixed casement with two round-headed lights and top rounded. Third bay round-headed entrance has coved surround and key with lion mask; paired three-panel doors. Right return of nine bays has end bays under open pediments and quoins. Central stone projecting bay has segmental pediment and round-headed entrance with coved surround. Several tall stacks.
