3 houses. 1898. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with stone dressings and plastered diapering, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 gabled bays with end blocks with parapets. Cornice to ground floor, stone-coped parapet and gables. Windows have stone lintels,those to ground floor have 4-light leaded casements, 1st floor has 5-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows with transoms and central blind lights, diapered gables. Entrances in recessed porches with timber posts, plank doors with lights. 2 cross-axial and gable-end stacks. Decorative rainwater heads. Rear similar, 3 flat-topped dormers and privies.
