3 houses. 1907. By J. Lomax Simpson. Plaster with brick
base and tile-hanging, hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays,
the 4th breaks forward under hipped gable. Tile-hanging to
1st floor of 1st 3 bays. Windows have leaded casements.
Ground floor has 4-light windows and 2-storey canted bay
window with tile-hanging to end bay 1st floor has 3-light
windows flanking 5-light canted oriel with tile base.
Entrances have small-paned lights. Left return has
projecting bay; canted ground floor with tile canopy, 1st
floor rectangular bay, both with 3-light windows. Porch
under cat-slide roof. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear similar,
plaster 1st floor, small-paned casements.
