Terrace of 4 houses. c.1905. Grayson and Ould. Roughcast
on brick base, tile-hung 1st floor, fishscale bands;tile
roof. One storey with attic, 8 bays; 2nd and 3rd bays
project under gables, as do 6th and 7th bays. Tile-hanging
swept out at base, continued as canopies for porches.
Windows have leaded casements and cornices, these to ground
floors of 2 lights with 3-light windows to ground and 1st
floors of projecting bays. Entrances have half-glazed doors
with small-paned lights. 2 cross-axial stacks with brick
caps. Stack to left return is part of No. 35 (q.v.). Rear
similar, pebbledash, dormers, privies.
