1838. 2-storeys; each of 3 bays with front pilasters left and right and connected
to each other by a single narrow bay with door to the rear and blank window
above. Stuccoed ground floor with banded rustication. Central panelled and
glazed door (No 71 with its fanlight) beneath a pediment on brackets with
faces and flanked on either side by a single sash window within moulded surround
and set within a shallow recess with segment-headed sash. Moulded bands at
arch level and at first floor sill level with, between them, block rustication.
First floor with 3 sash windows within moulded surround. All windows with
tripartite glazing bars. Frieze and blocking course with scrolls either side
of a centrepiece on the skyline.
