CLARENDON ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B16 No 16 SF 0486 SW 35/11 II GV 2. Circa 1855 three bay 2 storey stucco villa with identical details to No 12. The only variant is the right hand ground floor window which projects as a rectangular bay. To the left is a screen wall with coping containing segmental arched doorway to coach house behind and a passage door. Part of a group of three similar villas.
