Circa 1850. Stucco. Single-storeyed with 2 parallel hipped slate roofs.
Utilitarian towards the house with segment-headed windows and bracketted lean-to
door hood. Three moulded fielded panels with concave corners towards the
road. 0riginally windowless buth window later inserted in central panel.
Moulded eaves cornice.
