Mid C18 with later alterations. Stucco. Main building at centre. 3 storeys;
5 sash windows with keyblocks; ground storey windows altered with C19 casements;
moulded wood pilaster doorcase with dentilled pediment and modern door; parapet
with moulded stone coping; shaped gable on west side. No 699, formerly a wing
on left-hand side of Manor House has 2 storeys, 3 windows and late C19 splayed
bay to ground storey. No 709 is a mid C19 single-storeyed addition on right-hand
side: roughcast, moulded wood doorcase with glazed divided door and lean-to porch,
one sash window (no glazing bars), band, parapet.
