C1840 detached, 2 storey 3 bay stucco faced villa with coach house. Plinth;
ground floor channelled up to first floor sill band. Giant quoin pilasters,
the capital moulding continued as bed mould to boxed eaves of low pitch
gable end slate roof. Brick chimney stacks. Revealed glazing bar sash
windows to first floor; ground floor windows broad segmental arches with
grooved voussoirs, tripartite plate glazing - probably C1860 replacement of
original sashes in stucco panels. Pilaster strip doorway with cornice
breaking over supporting consoles, similar end breaks to blocking course with
central panel. Four panel door with rectangular fanlight in architrave case and
shallow reveals. Set back narrow 2 storey coach house on north side linking
with that of No 23.
