C1830. Stucco. Three storeys; 13 bays on a curve and partly overlooking
Victoria Square (qv). Ground floor rusticated and with an archway into
Waterloo Passage and 5 doors within moulded eared cases with battered sides
and prominent moulded cornices. First floor windows with blank panels below
and within tall moulded eared surrounds standing on a broad band and with
cornices on brackets. Second floor windows in moulded eared surrounds. All
windows sashes complete with glazing bars. Dentilled moulded eaves cornice.
