Circa 1800. Two storeyed brick home originally of 3 bays with right-hand
bay slightly recessed, extended by one matching bay circa 1840 on the right.
Plinth; first floor sill band. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves. Glazing
bar sashes, 4 by 4 panes with 3 by 4 panes over off-centre doorway. Stuccoed
heads added to windows probably circa 1840 with consoles supporting cornices
and blocking courses. Doorway with engaged Ionic columns section 2 of
entablature with modillion cornice and renewed pediment. Door with fanlight.
Left hand return of 2 bays with brick bay window of circa 1900 added to
ground floor and later extensions to rear.
