C1830-40 detached stucco villa with coach house to south, originally matching
No 7. Two storeys with a 3 bay front. Plinth; first floor sill band;
deep frieze. Gable end slate roof with overhanging eaves, flanking corniced
chimneys. Flanking 2 storey canted bays with cornices and blocking courses,
inserted C1870. Sash lights, no glazing bars. Central round headed entrance
with recessed doorcase of fluted slender Roman Doric columns, entablature
over doorhead and radial looped and marginal glazed fanlight. Single storey
coach house to south side with linking screen wall, 4 centred archway.
