1889-91 by Sir Henry Tanner. Stone; slate roof. Three storeys plus attic;
5 bays, the centre one slightly advanced and with superimposed orders,
plus diagonal corner bays with pedimented entrances and also with
superimposed orders. Ground floor with arched openings. First and second
floors with cross windows. Exceedingly lively skyline with an arched window
within a pedimented attic flanked by steeply pitched roofs with dormer windows
and corner polygonal turrets with pediments, little domes and urns as finials.
