Dated 1901; the former vicarage of St Agatha's, Sparkbrook. In an Arts and
Crafts style by W H Bidlake. Red brick in a bonding all its own and with some
black headers in a diaper pattern; stone dressings; tiled roof. Three bays
wide, those on the left of 2 storeys, that on the right advanced somewhat, of
2 storeys plus attic and gabled. Ground floor with tripartite window, central
broad entrance with elaborate decoration and then a bay window. First floor
with a tripartite window, a canted bay window rather like an oriel and another
tripartite window. A 2-light window in the attic. All the windows of stone
with mullions and, some of them, transoms as well. Between bays one and two a
big chimney stack. Now converted into flats but the original staircase survives
