1896, altered. A semi-detached pair of houses by J L Ball, one of them for himself.
Brick, tiled roof with roughcast eaves coving, flanking chimneys and a central
chimney with arched recess in it. Two storeys plus attic; each house 3 bays.
Ground floor with a garage replacing a 4-light window, a gabled porch w th floriated
plaque above the door and tiled roof, 2 shallow canted bay windows, another porch
and a 4-light window. Brick band at first floor level. First floor with 2
central 4-light, outer 3-light and two 2-light windows. All windows casements with
leaded lights. In the roof gabled dormer windows in each of the 4 central bays.
