MARY VALE ROAD 1. Bournville B30 5104 Nos 270 and 272 BP 08 SW 11/26 II 2. Circa 1905, by W A Harvey. In an Arts and Crafts style. Roughcast; tile roof. A single composition, 2 storeys; 2 bays with tall battered buttresses left and right. Ground floor with a door within a porch that continues as a rectangular bay window beneath a single flat roof and another likewise but with the door on the right. First floor with two 4-light casement windows at eaves level with blank outer lights and beneath flat moulded heads. The broad eaves on thin curved iron brackets. The chimney stacks battered.
