C1835. Two storeys; 3 bays. stucco; slate roof. Ground floor with banded
rustication and central door flanked by Doric columns carrying an entablature
with 2 wreaths in the frieze and 2 plain windows. First floor with 3 windows
within moulded frames and sitting on string course. Windows sashes mostly
with glazing bars. Eaves cornice with moulded frieze. Left hand return to
Highfield Road with 2 storeyed centre bay window.
