Circa 1840-50 two storey detached villa but abutting washhouse of No 16. Three
broadly spaced bays stucco faced. Plinth; grooved ground floor up to first floor
sill course; bed mould to shallow flat eaves of hipped slate roof; stucco chimneys.
Ground floor sash windows in architrave surrounds carried down to plinth, similar
first floor windows, the central one with eared architrave. Tuscan pilaster
doorway, the entablature with dentil cornice and blocking course; double panelled
doors and marginal glazed rectangular fanlight.
