Presented by Austin B Lines, 1888, and perhaps formerly with a fountain inside.
Octagonal in plan. Iron. Slender muted shafts of an Early English Gothic
type support scalloped arches that each carry a roundel with shield flawed
by tracery. Above and behind rises an openwork dome surmounted by a 4 handled
urn. Two of the shields both bear an inscription, the remainder have on them
a pelican.
