17/35 Left gatepier and attached
wall at SW entrance to Manor

GV II

Gatepier. C17 style but probably early C20. Probably by Sir E. Lutyens.
Ironstone ashlar. Square rusticated piers, moulded entablature with bottle
shaped finial. Wall to left, probably C17, coursed limestone and ironstone
rubble, moulded stone coping.
