Cottage. C18. Coursed squared ironstone and cob, thatch roof, brick end stack on
rendered stone base to right. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. 3-light
leaded casement windows to ground floor left and right with stop-chamfered
lintels, similar 2-light windows to first floor. Brick plinth, courses of stone
to left, the rest rendered and whitewashed; stone-coped gable with Kneelers to
right. 2-storey, 1-window slate roofed extension to left with C20 2-light
casement to ground floor, a 3-light casement to first floor above. Entrance to
rear in long wing to rear left with old plank door with timber lintel
immediately to right of front range, 3-light leaded casement window to right and
similar 2-light window to first floor. Rest of wing may have been built as a
separate cottage and has plank doors and similar 2 and 3-light casements.
Interior has chamfered spine beans and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
