Circa 1847, attributed to (Sir) Joseph Paxton, who laid out the Cemetery. Mid C19 Italianate. Red sandstone, hipped Welsh slated roof. Two storeys, plinth, first floor band, frieze, cornice. Vermiculated quoins. Ground floor window cornices on brackets; round headed first floor windows with plain voussoirs and imposts. Arched porch with impost band, keystone, cornice band, blocking course. Angle on north-west has square tower with hipped roof, cut bracketed cornice, three arched narrow windows to each side at second floor level.

All the listed buildings in the Cemetery form a group.
