Early C19, 2 storey, carstone with buff brick dressings. Shallow pitch, hipped, slate roof, wide eaves soffit. Balanced chimneys. 3 sash windows, at 1st moor with glazing bars, and in archedrecessed panels. Arched central entrance, with radial bar fanlight, also in arched recessed panel. No 33, entrance in centre of 3-bay return west, 6-panel door with radial bar fanlight. Small 1 storey wing each side at rear, south.
