House. Late C17 and mid C18. Flint, carstone and clunch, partly colourwashed. Pantile and plain tile roof. Two storeys and attic. Line of facade deflects to accommodate road and western half demolished 1977. Four C18 sashes survive, all with glazing bars. Scattering of blocked windows. Gabled roof with mixture of plain and pantiles. Flat topped dormer to right. Ridge stack left of centre with rectangular plinth carrying eight lozenge flues. To rear two gabled cross wings terminating in two Dutch gables at centre. Central door. Glazed bay window to left under hipped slate roof. Partly blocked C18 casement to right. One segmental sash window to each gable at first floor. Continuous flat brick string course at eaves line.
